This book was written out of my desire that everyone should learn about the unknown history of Christianity in relation to the Jewish people. None can remain indifferent to what happened to the Jews in Europe over the past two thousand years.
I ask myself: who am I to write a book about the suffering of the Jewish people and the part Christians play in it? Am I, as a Gentile, able to express everything correctly and with appropriate emotion? After all, the suffering is indescribable. Yet I felt the need to write this book; for in God’s Word there are serious consequences connected to what has been done to the Jews; consequences that are still unknown to most Christians.
